National Center for Education Statistics created this interactive site provides information to help you learn about schools; decide on a college; find a public library; engage in several games, quizzes and skill building about math, probability, graphing, and mathematicians; and to learn many interesting facts about education.
The National Repository of Online Courses supplies some excellent lessons for remediation or enrichment for history, science, and math.

Teacher Tube
Teacher Tube's goal is to provide an online community for sharing instructional videos. We seek to fill a need for a more educationally focused, safe venue for teachers, schools, and home learners. It is a site to provide anytime, anywhere professional development with teachers teaching teachers. As well, it is a site where teachers can post videos designed for students to view in order to learn a concept or skill.

Internet Archive   
The Internet Archiveis a library that contains hundreds of free courses, video lectures, and supplemental materials from universities in the United States and China. Many of these lectures are available for download.

Indiana Department of Education - Office of Learning Resources lesson plans for grades 3-8 Language Arts and Science and the integration of technology in the classroom.
Wikipedia is useful for finding other reliable resources. Excellent for current events because someone is always adding details. Entries are made by users with different levels of certification...all images are copyright free.
